  • Q How long is the quality assurance period of your products?

    A We guarantee that the products we provide are brand new and comply with the contract provisions. The quality assurance period of light source electrical appliances is two years, starting from the date of acceptance.
  • Q If the product is out of the quality assurance period, do you still provide maintenance services?

    A Yes, outside the quality warranty period, we sell spare parts at a long-term factory price and are responsible for lifelong maintenance, only charging the cost of maintenance materials.
