Efficient After-sales Service Guarantee

Yangde Electric is committed to providing efficient and high-quality after-sales service. We have a dedicated after-sales service center with strictly trained professional technicians to ensure a response within 1 hour after receiving the notification and provide solutions within 24 hours. We promise a two-year quality warranty period for light source electrical appliances, during which we will be responsible for the corresponding expenses and losses (except for damage to lighting equipment caused by force majeure and human factors). Outside the quality warranty period, we sell spare parts of this project product at a long-term factory price and are responsible for lifelong maintenance, charging only for repair materials and no maintenance costs. In addition, we also provide a complete user training system to ensure that users can fully master the use and maintenance methods of the product.
